Night of Philosophy & Ideas 2019 is a 12-hour marathon showcasing contemporary philosophical thought through intellectual talks and debates, specially commissioned art installations, live performances, and film and video screenings that explore philosophy in playful and provocative ways. It is co-presented by the Cultural Services of the French Embassy.

The event will take place at Central Library from 7pm on February 2 to 7am on February 3.

Volunteer tasks may include:

  • Informing and directing attendees
  • Assisting participating philosophers and artists
  • Supervising the various rooms, and more
