This is an open lab for seeking technical help in a small-group setting. Laptops will be available for you to use during this session.

Come to free interactive workshops to learn the fundamentals of using a computer, from accessing the internet to using Microsoft Word. The emphasis will be on using technology to advance your job search and create your own resume. Workshop will have real-world practice exercises. Search the Events Calendar using the term “Computer Tips”.

Use your library card to check out a B&CC laptop use can use in the library to write your resume, apply for a job, or work on your business idea.

At home

We also have a limited number of Chromebooks and MiFis that are available to job seekers and entrepreneurs who do not have access to technology and the internet at home. These devices may be checked out of the Business & Career Center for three months. Please contact the Business & Career Center to make an appointment to pick up a Chromebook and hotspot.
