Book Club Sets

With our Book Club Sets, it's easy to check out copies for your whole club.

Brooklyn Public Library loves book clubs, and gathering people around the shared experience of a book is central to our mission. Reading as a social activity prompts a deeper relationship with the books we love. To help foster the social experience of reading, we've made having a book club easier with our collection of Book Club Sets.

Features

Our Book Club Sets feature a collection of titles curated by our expert staff. These books have an extended loan period so you have more time to read and discuss with your group. If you're not part of a book club or want another opportunity to chat, BPL regularly hosts book discussion meetings for these titles.

• Book Club Sets contain 10–15 copies, which you can reserve individually or for your entire club (note that Book Club Sets are print books, not eBooks or eAudio)
• Titles check out for 60 days, providing time not only to read your selection, but to coordinate your discussion 
• Titles are curated by our experienced staff and are chosen to promote lively discussion
