Who Are Friends of New Lots Library?
We're a group of organized volunteers who help New Lots Library through advocacy, fundraising and promotion of Library programs and initiatives.
What do we do?
Advocate
We are a voice for New Lots Library on relevant local, state and national issues. Members contact government officials, attend community meetings and speak to civic groups.
Engage
As goodwill ambassadors, we try to create greater awareness of New Lots Library and its resources.
Fundraise
We plan fundraisers to help support the programs New Lots Library offers.
The Garden
Our next big plan is to help beautify the front gardens of our library.
