Heart disease is the leading cause of death in America. There are many things that we can do every day to keep our hearts healthy and working well throughout our lives! Join NYU Langone for a virtual workshop as we cover why heart health is so important, how we can monitor our heart health, and discuss diet and exercise tips that protect our heart. It would warm our hearts to help you take care of yours.

About Dr. Vadlamudi
Dr. Vadlamudi (he/him) is an internal medicine doctor at NYU Langone Health and is interested in community health and critical care medicine. While in medical school, he served as Vice President of Community Service with the aim of re-connecting students and faculty with community partners after COVID. In his spare time, he enjoys playing pickleball, writing short stories, and spending time with his friends on various rooftops in Brooklyn.
