Wednesday of Wisdom: Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens Homebound Seniors Case Management Program
Join Catholic Charities Neighborhood Services for an overview of our NYC Aging-funded case management program, which provides free support for homebound older adults aged 60 and over. Learn how seniors can access services such as home-delivered meals, in-home care, caregiver support, benefits assistance, and more — all designed to help them age safely and independently at home. We’ll also share how caregivers and community members can make referrals and get involved in supporting older adults in their neighborhoods.

Services for Older Adults is partially funded by Coordinated Outreach Library Services aid from the New York State Education Department, administered by the State Library’s Division of Library Development. All programs are sponsored by Brooklyn Public Library’s Department of Outreach Services.
