Explore our world! In the Science in the House series teens get a chance to meet with all kinds of interesting scientists and other people. Hear their stories and learn more about their lives and their work. Discover what life as a scientist is like!

Max Fagin, Aerospace Engineer

from Blue Origin

Max is a pilot and aerospace engineer at Blue Origin in Seattle, working on the design of the Artemis V lunar lander. He has previously worked at NASA Ames, Made in Space, and at SpaceX. He holds two BAs from Vassar and Dartmouth College in astrophysics and mechanical engineering, with an MS in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from Purdue University, with a focus on aerospace systems and astrodynamics. His parrot’s name is Beetlejuice.

Although this program is primarily targeted to Teens ages 13 - 18, Tweens 10 to 12 and their Adults are also welcome!
