This experiential workshop is designed to unlock the potential for enhanced well-being and tranquility by combining the healing touch with the therapeutic sound of shamanic instruments. There will be giveaways at the end of class.

Instructor: Carolyn Jones, Holistic Health Practitioner

Learning Objectives

  • Benefits of Auricular Therapy (Ear Massage) Participants will engage in Auricular Therapy (ear massage), a form of reflexology that can benefit the central nervous system, reduce pain perception, promote relaxation, reduce tension, and stimulate energy flow within the body.
  • Induce Relaxation with a Shamanic Soundscape Participants will incorporate self-massage with sound therapy, as they actively engage in the joyful playing of shamanic instruments provided by the instructor. This dynamic learning environment will be a comprehensive and vivid reminder of the communal nature of healing.
  • Communal Healing and Shared Support Individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences will be invited to come together and encouraged to participate in a communal healing experience, support each other on multiple levels (emotional, physical, mental and spiritual), while sharing a positive and uplifting atmosphere and enhanced social connections and interpersonal relationships to alleviate feelings of isolation and loneliness.
