Hello everyone, 

The Kings Highway ESOL Literacy Zone Team is hosting a Mental Health Resilience Programs Workshop with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) on Tuesday, April 9th from 3pm to 4pm at Kings Highway Library (2115 Ocean Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11229).

At this event:

  • The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene will provide information on the common signs of mental health problems.
  • Healthy coping strategies for managing stress and promoting mental wellness.
  • The presentation will also include trainings offered by the NYC DOHMH on how to build mental health resilience for New Yorkers.
