50 million women are currently navigating menopause in the US. While this transition is a universal female experience, it’s shrouded in stigma, shame, and secrecy — and it’s affecting women’s personal and professional lives.

This educational session led by an expert from Elektra Health will cover the basics of what menopause even IS, what hormones have to do with it, and the tools in everyone’s toolkit to take charge of their symptoms and start feeling better — including hormone therapy, non-hormonal treatments, evidence-backed supplements, and lifestyle change. There will be time at the end for Q&A!

Presenter: Grace Veras Sealy, HHC (IIN), Elektra Health
