The Eastern Parkway Literacy Zone has teamed up with the Mixteca Organization Inc. to bring you a Know Your Rights workshop! 

Mixteca was established in 2000 by a group of concerned community members to address critical needs in health, education, social and legal issues facing the burgeoning Mexican and Latin American immigrant community in Brooklyn.

This workshop will be available in English and Spanish.

JOIN US TO LEARN ABOUT:

  • Your rights when facing an immigration official 
  • How to keep yourself safe on the streets and in the workplace 
  • Workplace rights and job security/support
