Join Rooted in Radiance and honor your body with this gentle, restorative Chair Yoga series designed to reconnect you with your breath and physical being. Through mindful, seated movements, we’ll explore accessible ways to build strength, balance, and ease, no matter your age, ability, or location.
We'll begin and end with grounding mindfulness practices, including breathwork to help release stress and reset your energy. This is your invitation to pause, move with intention, and honor your body exactly as it is, in this moment.

About Radiance
Radiance Basden is a wellness strategist, Hall of Fame runner, and sought-after speaker specializing in breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. Known for curating transformative wellness experiences, she is devoted to helping individuals relieve stress, elevate their well-being, and optimize mind-body connection through the power of self-awareness.
Her journey toward holistic healing began in 2021 during a life-changing 12-week sabbatical across Costa Rica, Ghana, Zanzibar, Dubai, and Ethiopia. Confronted with burnout and systemic discrimination, Radiance found healing by returning to her ancestral roots and embracing the radical power of rest.
Today, she is a passionate advocate for stress reduction, mental resilience, and restorative wellness practices. Through innovative wellness workshops, retreats, and keynote speaking, Radiance empowers individuals and teams to reconnect with themselves, cultivate inner peace, and adopt sustainable tools for high performance. A former Division I athlete with over 20 years of mind-body expertise, she bridges lived experience with deep knowledge of movement and mindfulness to help others break through burnout, restore energy, and build resilient, vibrant lives.
