Want to improve your heart health? The Kings Highway ESOL Literacy Zone Team is hosting a Heart Health Interactive Workshop with Catholic Charities on Tuesday, July 2nd from 3pm to 4pm at Kings Highway Library (2115 Ocean Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11229).
At this workshop you will:
- Learn about factors that could affect your heart health
- Taste awesome food sampling
- Learn about healthy food and nutrition for a healthy heart
