Hands-Only CPR Training with FDNY
Join FDNY to learn basic CPR, a life-saving technique that involves using chest compressions on a person who has suffered sudden cardiac arrest. Most people who survive a cardiac emergency are helped by a bystander. Be that helpful bystander! There will be CPR demo kits for participants to use and take home, provider by the American Heart Association. Note, this course does not provide a CPR training certificate.
