Have you ever wondered what’s going on inside your phone? Or questioned how do video games get made? Then check out Dev L.I.T.!
Dev L.I.T. is a hands-on, experiential approach to learning computer science and engineering principles for ages 11-18. Over a series of workshops, covering a range of hardware and software, participants will get the chance to:
- Collaborate on designing and constructing an arcade cabinet
- Learn game design 101
- Use simple programming tools to create their own games!
Food will be provided for attendees. Registration is encouraged, but not required for attendance.
Presented in collaboration with East Flatbush Library and Zero Day Camp.
This event series is made possible thanks to BKLYN Incubator, which is supported by generous funding provided by the Charles H. Revson Foundation.
