Creative Aging: Expressive Masks & Collage

In this 9-week Mask & Collage workshop you will be using self-expression and creative skills to create artist masks and collages. Basic paint colors mixing color theory will be covered. Various collage artists and masks from different cultures will be introduced and discussed.

  • Week 1 – Introduction to Collage
  • Week 2 – Collage Layout
  • Week 3 – Elements and Found Objects
  • Week 4 – Finishing Touches
  • Week 5 – Introduction to the Mask
  • Week 6 – Design the Mask
  • Week 7 – Mask 3D Construction
  • Week 8 – Finishing Mask
  • Week 9 – The Culminating Event

No Experience Necessary. Supplies will be provided.
