How can we get in touch with our dreams for ourselves and our communities and take action?
Join us for a series of three workshops focused on connecting with ourselves and exploring our hopes for the future through somatic practice, art and dialogue. Utilizing writing and visual art to deepen these connections and increase our bodily awareness, we will explore themes of the self, family, and community.
No prior experience needed. All materials will be provided.
While our hope is that the workshops will build upon each other as we work through the above mentioned themes, it is not necessary to attend the entire series.
