Want to learn how to make colorful healthy meals and snacks?
Catholic Charities will be at the Kings Highway Library (2115 Ocean Ave Brooklyn, NY 11229) Thursday, June 12th from 3pm to 4pm for a Colorful Eating Workshop. They will share with participants how to eat in a more colorful way. Participants will also learn how to make a quick and delicious snack to showcase all that they have learned!
Giveaways will also be available 🙂. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to make some healthy changes or learn more about good foods!
