Brooklyn Collection, Archival Alchemy,® MoCADA, and Weeksville Heritage Center are proud to present a workshop series that examines the archive through the lens of the African diasporan artist community in Brooklyn. These programs are intended to demystify the archive as a space, and reveal opportunities for using special collections and associated bodies of knowledge for research, critical inquiry and supporting an art practice.
