Virtual Hands-Only CPR presented by the American Red Cross
Many people who survive a cardiac emergency are helped by a bystander. The American Red Cross presents a virtual training on hands-only CPR, a life-saving technique that involves simply using chest compressions on a person who has suffered sudden cardiac arrest.
This free training skill session lasts 30 minutes. Participants learn how to check for consciousness, call 911, and give continuous chest compressions. CPR training certification is not provided for this course.
This program will take place on Zoom; register to get the link the day of the program.
