Have you heard about the new rent regulations passed in Albany this summer? Join St Nicks Alliance for a workshop on understanding them and what they mean for you.

You’ll leave this workshop with an understanding of how the new regulations affect you and your community and how you can protect your rights as a tenant. You will also learn about free housing resources available in the neighborhood.

This will be a bilingual program in Spanish and English.
