Shape Up NYC fitness classes are being held outdoors in Herbert Von King Park for the summer, weather permitting. In the event of rain, classes will be held at Marcy Library.

Join Shape Up NYC for free fitness classes at Marcy Library in the event of rain every Saturday from 12pm to 1pm.  

This fun, low-impact, full-body workout includes cardio, strength and balance exercises to improve your overall fitness.

Bring water and a small towel.

All levels are welcome!
