Toddler Time with Reading Is Fundamental (First RIF)

Enjoy stories and play. 18 to 36 months. All FirstRIF members must have a BPL library card to participate in First RIF. Children will be allowed to choose a free RIF book when they join FirstRIF and on their birthday. Children can earn additional RIF books by borrowing and returning 6 library books. A limit of 2 library books per week can be used towards this goal.
