For tweens, teens, and young adults, join us for an evening of meditation! We will do simple breathing techniques and gentle seated stretching before following a guided meditation. Come with an intention, leave feeling relaxed and refreshed! All levels of experience welcomed. 

Please bring a yoga mat and/or meditation pillow. (Don't have a meditation pillow? Join our Teen DIY class on February 15th to make your own meditation pillow).
