This class combines Yoga, Tai chi and Meditation and is rooted in Korean Sun Do Healing Martial arts practice.
Sessions will include warms ups for the core, meridian stretching, joint exercise, body tapping, practice of an easy 12 step Qi gong form and relaxation that can be in a chair or lying down.
Please wear comfortable clothing! Yoga Mats will be provided but participants can bring their own.
Space is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.
