Summer Concert Series: Piano
Join us for an afternoon of classical, Turkish, and contemporary piano music played by award-winning pianist, Beyza Yazgan.
Beyza is a Turkish pianist and composer who earned her degree at a conservatory in Istanbul. For her solo performances, she's won international awards, including First prize at both the 8th Metropolitan International Piano Competition in New York and the International Music Academy Competition in Italy.
The Guardian named her most recent album, Human Cocoon, the Contemporary Album of the Month, stating: "Even at her most artless and unaffected, she can wrench emotion out of simplicity."
Don't miss this music-filled afternoon!
