Visit Sheespshead Bay Library to submit your own creative way of saying "No Cuts To Libraries!" and join our postcard submissions.
- This is for Library Patrons of All Ages. All submissions will be sent to city officials to let them know how important Brooklyn Public Library is to you. We need as many postcards as possible to keep NYC's library budget strong.
- In 80 words or less, send us 5-8 sentences or 5-8 bullet points describing the importance of Libraries in NYC and around the world.
- For younger or artistic patrons, we will also accept drawings or visual descriptions. "A picture is worth a thousand words."
- Postcards are available today at Sheepshead Bay Library's reference desk and can be given to us any time during our business hours.
