Special Kids Create: Happy tissue paper Ghost
Halloween is coming with all the happy ghost, spiders and witches. All the little artist are invited to get crafty at the DeKalb Library!
Today we'll be creating a little hapy ghost using tissue paper, a little sparkles and glue. We'll supply the materials, you bring the creativity & imagination!
This program is recommended for all young artists: ages 2-5.
