Single Stop Free Tax Help By Appointment

The Business & Career Center on the second floor of Central Library is offering appointment-only in-person one-on-one tax preparation services with Single Stop. 

Single Stop will be providing one-on-one tax assistance by appointment on Mondays from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and Wednesdays from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

To make an appointment: 

• Go to bit.ly/Brooklyn-Library.
• Select Book Appointment
• Select Central Library as your Service, and then select Date and Time
• Complete Client Details and then select Finalize Appointment.

To participate you will need to:

• Have a valid email address 
• Bring all necessary documents and information (Single Stop checklist)
• Meet the requirements for NYC tax assistance programs
• To file taxes electronically on a married-filing-joint tax return, both spouses must be present to sign the required forms. 
• Masks are required
