Self-Defense for Older Adults with Akwesi Asante
Self-defense is a countermeasure that involves defending the health and well-being of oneself from harm. 90% of self defense is awareness and 10% is physical. Physical self-defense is the use of physical force to counter an immediate threat of violence. The chances of success depend on the mental and physical preparedness of the defender.
