Rising Tides is a documentary that delves into the profound effect of climate change on Atlantic coast shellfish beds and the fishing industries. Through in-depth exploration and intimate interviews, the film highlights the struggles and resilience of three distinct shellfish communities including Long Island, Baltimore and the coast of Maine. The film also gives voice to the climate activists and policymakers working to advocate for meaningful policy change and adaption strategies. 

After the screening, the director, Charlie Spickler, will be in attendance to answer questions and engage in conversation.
