In this special six session series, families enjoy stories & activities designed to encourage the development of early learning practices. Exploring literacy, science, & math through music, stories, art, & play will help you and your child get ready for school! Families will receive free materials to continue the learning and fun at home. For children ages 3-5 and their caregivers.
Tickets are required (only 20 seats available). Please pick up your ticket at the information desk.
Ready, Set, Kindergarten! is a program of BPL's First Five Years initiative, which is supported by generous funding from the New York City Council as part of City's First Readers, the Harold and Colleen Brown Family Foundation, and the Pinkerton Foundation. Additional support is provided by the Brooklyn Eagles - a group of young and engaged Brooklyn Public Library supporters, and funds raised at BPL's annual Gala.
