Read for the Record Storytime
Kids age 0-5 and their caregivers are invited to join storytime! During storytime we will read books, sing songs, and play together! Learn different ways that caegivers can support their child's early literacy skills.
This week's storytime is is a special storytime for Read for the Record!
Read for the Record® (RFTR) is a national, annual early literacy campaign created by Jumpstart, one of our City’s First Readers partners. Each year, Jumpstart selects one children’s book as the catalyst for Read for the Record. This year's book is Piper Chen Sings by Grammy winner and Tony-nominated actress Phillipa Soo, Maris Pasquale Doran and illustrated by Qin Leng.
