Tai chi and Qi gong can have many health and wellness benefits. This ancient practice helps promotes wellness, relaxation, and balance through gentle movements and focused breathing. Power Ki Gong combines yoga, qi gong, and meditation. It is rooted in Korean Sun Do Healing Martial Arts practice. In Korea, they call Qi gong Ki gong.
Sessions include warms ups for the core, meridian stretching, joint exercise, body tapping, practice of an easy 12 step Qi gong form, and relaxation.
This class is free and open to teens and adults of all ages. Please wear comfortable clothing.
