Power Qi Gong in Gravesend Park
Power Qi Gong combines yoga, qi gong, and meditation. It promotes wellness through gentle movements and focused breathing. Sessions include warms ups for the core, meridian stretching, joint exercise, body tapping, practice of an easy 12 step Qi gong form, and relaxation. Instructor Karen Doukas teaches from the Korean lineage, rooted in Korean Sun Do Healing Martial Arts practice.
This class is free and open to teens and adults of all ages. Please wear comfortable clothing. Enter the park from 18th Ave and find us at the star on the map.
