The purpose of this webinar is to highlight the workplace laws that do exist that can help pregnant workers and new moms assert their rights, during this crisis and beyond.

WHAT WE'LL COVER:

Your rights:

*If you need workplace accommodations related to your pregnancy

*If you’re experiencing pregnancy discrimination in your workplace

*If you need paid or unpaid time off if you’re unable to work due to your pregnancy and COVID-19 related issues but want to return to your position.

*If you need lactation accommodations if you are working and breastfeeding.

*If you need unemployment assistance if you are no longer working due to COVID-19

There will be time for questions and we will also be sharing a variety of resources. Nevertheless, because these laws can be complicated and the answers quite often depend on a variety of factors, we will encourage attendees to call our helpline.

Additionally, we'd like to note that this webinar is for informational use only. Nothing herein constitutes legal advice.

Registration is required for this program.

This is a virtual program that will require either a computer with audio or a telephone in order to participate. The Zoom login information will be emailed.
