The Legal Clinic is now at capacity and registration has been closed.
The Business & Career Center with the Brooklyn Women's Business Center @LDCENY is partnering with the Brooklyn Law School Center for Urban Business Entrepreneurship (CUBE) to offer a virtual small business legal clinic. This clinic, conducted by CUBE, is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to meet with a team of pro bono attorneys and Brooklyn Law School students to discuss legal issues related to their small businesses, such as intellectual property rights, contracts/agreements, business entity formation and incorporation, commercial leasing, and more.
CUBE's small business legal clinics provide entrepreneurs with free legal advice during a 30-minute consultation. Through the online registration form, you will be able to choose a preferred appointment time.
Additionally, the clinic’s legal consultations will be held via Zoom, which will require a computer, tablet or phone with sound and video connectivity.
BPL’s Business & Career Center is generously supported by Dime Community Bank, Lead Funder of the PowerUP! Business Plan Competition, Dr. Beverly S. Jacobs, Ridgewood Savings Bank, Con Edison, Reference Solutions, Elizabeth Crowell & Robert Wilson and Signature Bank.
