A brief history about Dr. Edward Bach and his breakthrough discovery about the use of flower essences to manage emotional distress will be provided along with empowering knowledge, skills, and tools needed to effectively manage stress and cultivate emotional well-being. There will be giveaways at the end of class.

Learning Objectives

  • Emotional Balance Teach participants how to balance and regulate emotions by promoting a sense of inner equilibrium with the use of flower essences.
  • Uplift Moods and Shift Perspectives Participants will learn how to combat self-sabotaging feelings, low energy, irritability, and emotional fatigue by incorporating flower essences in their emotional self-care regimen.
  • Stress Reduction Participants will learn how to integrate mindfulness exercises with the selection of flower essences to support relaxation and stress reduction.

Carolyn Jones, founder of The Healing Project, is a holistic health practitioner and educator who loves to share the message of natural self-care. She serves the community as a family herbalist with certifications in aromatherapy, flower essence therapy, reflexology; and, acupuncture detoxification therapy (NADA).
