Nannies' Fairy Tales Writing Workshops
Brooklyn Public Library invites nannies to participate in a dynamic eight-week FREE writing workshop where you can learn about some traditional forms of storytelling, from origin myths and fables to fairy tales and picture books.
The Nannies' Fairy Tale Writing Workshop provides the opportunity to create your own story in a supportive environment that encourages your creativity, style, and voice. Write your own stories while learning to give and receive feedback that helps you improve your storytelling and writing skills.
A certificate of completion and copies of your final work will be made available at the celebratory reception. Facilitated by writing teacher Fadwa Abbas.
Saturdays, 10 am on October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; November 5, 12, 19.
For more information and to register, please contact Paquita Campoverde by e-mail at pcampoverde@bklynlibrary.org.
