Reconnect with your body through movement

The Caribbean Preservation Alliance Movement Workshop is an invitation to reconnect with the wisdom, expression, and power of the moving body. Rooted in creativity, community, and cultural preservation, this activation welcomes participants of all experience levels to explore movement as a tool for self-discovery, embodiment, and collective connection.

Participants will be encouraged to move with curiosity, freedom, and intention. The workshop creates space to deepen body awareness, build confidence in movement, and celebrate the joy of expression in a supportive and inclusive environment.

 What to Bring:

  • Socks
  • Water
  • Clothing that makes you feel vibrant, comfortable, and free to move

All bodies and movement backgrounds are welcome. Come ready to explore, create, and move together.
