Mindfulness is a simple, challenging and life changing practice. In this *IN PERSON* class we will begin to strengthen our attention and awareness of this present moment we all share. This is where we find our freedom. In this class, we will learn about how we can change our brains (neuroplasticity), how we connect our body and mind and how to bring them into the present moment.
Phyllis Trout is an educator, artist and long time student and practitioner of meditation. She is a certified Mindfulness Instructor.
