The Brooklyn Heights Library and the Flow and Restore Collective present an 8-part series on Mind and Body Wellness.

Each week's class will have a different theme, covering various elements of health and wellness.

Class Schedule: 

  • 9/6: The Science and Foundations of Wellbeing
  • 9/13: Mindfulness and Meditation: Crafting a personalized Mindfulness Practice
  • 9/20: Chair Yoga
  • 9/27: Vibrate Higher: Mindfulness through Sound
  • 10/4: Tai Chi
  • 10/11: Understanding & Managing Stress
  • 10/18: Chair Yoga
  • 10/25: Mindfulness and Meditation: Zen Buddhist Meditation practice

Registration is not required: first come, first served, as space allows.

All Library classes are free.
