Meal Planning That Works: Strategies for Busy People in Real Life
health and wellness
Healthy Communities
Eating well is the foundation of good health and home cooking makes it possible. But busy schedules, rising grocery prices, and competing demands can make it feel like there’s never enough time, energy, or skill to make it happen. This workshop changes that. Grounded in time-tested wisdom, not fleeting trends, it provides practical, step-by-step guidance on how to plan nutritious meals that fit your real life.
Presenter: Jaime McBeth, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
About Jaime:
Trained academically at Columbia and clinically at Yale, Jaime McBeth is a registered dietitian nutritionist dedicated to making nutrition accessible for all. She credits her time at Princeton Healthcare with shaping her gentle approach—working with eating disorder patients taught her to help clients with both compassion and efficacy. While her clinical practice currently specializes in diabetes and kidney disease, Jaime also loves teaching nutrition to anyone who will listen. A proud native Brooklynite, she has been providing wellness education and workshops to New Yorkers for over a decade.
Registration is required due to limited space.
