March with BPL for Brooklyn Pride
Join BPL for Brooklyn Pride on June 8! We’d love to have you join library workers and patrons as we express our pride at the twilight march!
Please plan to arrive before 7PM, the parade kicks off at 7:30PM. We will meet in front of D'Mai Urban Spa at 155 5th Avenue, between Lincoln Place and St. John's Place. Just look for the Library's BookMobile! We'll have a limited number of pride flags and BPL tank tops, but feel free to come in your favorite Pride gear. Feel free to bring family and friends; all are welcome to march with the Library!
After a few festivities, the march will step off at 7:30pm. The route is 15 blocks long, ending at 5th Ave and 9th Street. We expect to be done by 9pm at the latest, though it is OK to stay for only as long as you are able.
