Learn Home Energy Efficiency with Solar One
Join Greenpoint Library and Solar One to explore tips for conserving energy usage in buildings and information for home owners and renters on adopting solar.
Participants will gain an understanding of basic electrical units and energy measuring tools and how this information can be used to do an energy audit in their home or work. Solar One will do a brief light bulb demonstration where we assess different light bulbs for efficacy. Participants explore tips for reducing energy usage in their builds such as mitigating phantom load and measuring light levels.
This is a virtual program and registration is required. You will receive a Zoom link one hour before event.
