  • How to tackle the breastfeeding challenges
  • Learning how your pregnancy & postpartum effects breastfeeding
  • Learning positions, pumping & hand expression techniques how to 

Presenter: Jennifer Michel-Wilson, Full Spectrum Doula &  Certified Lactation Counselor, La Belle Doula 

About Jennifer

Jennifer Michel-Wilson is a Full Spectrum Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor and Maternal Educator at La Belle Doula. She is also a mental health advocate and is on the NAMI Board for Queens & Nassau. Jennifer's goal is to empower is to empower, encourage and educate birthing people and their families towards a successful birth and postpartum journey. 

Registration is required for this program due to limited space.
