Kids ages 7 to 13
Our Garden is looking for Friends. Would you like to learn how to plant vegetables and flowers? We'll learn about different aspects of gardening, get our hands dirty as we plant and care for what we grow, and make our garden beautiful.
Narrows Botanical Garden were nice enough to donate the following supplies to our kids gardening club:
-petunias ⁃ Marigolds ⁃ White milkweed ⁃ Orange milkweed
⁃ Basil ⁃ Beef tomato ⁃ Red grape tomato ⁃ Parsley
⁃ Cilantro ⁃ Lemongrass ⁃ Mojito mint ⁃ Various lettuces
⁃ Lavender ⁃ Monarda (wild bergamot) ⁃ Saladego
⁃ Ironweed ⁃ Echinacea cone flower ⁃ Rattlesnake master
⁃ Mountain mint ⁃ Aster angilae ⁃ Aster novae -Pots
