Celebrate Black History Month by creating a Harriet Tubman Doll!  The program will premiere on the Coney Island Library Facebook page here on Friday, February 26th at 3:30pm.

You will need:

A bathroom tissue tube

Black, brown, and blue construction paper

A glue stick

Scissors

Googly eyes

A black marker
