In this rough cut, interviews, scenes of protests and debates contextualize the complex dynamics of changing the laws that criminalize sex work. The film asks deep questions about policing and human rights in America.

The audience in attendance is invited to contribute commentary towards the final edit of this film.

TAMI GOLD – Lead Artist, Producer/Director/Camera

Tami Gold's career as a multidisciplinary artist and cultural worker spans over three decades.

Gold is a recipient of Rockefeller, Guggenheim and Fulbright Fellowships; Tribeca Audience Award, GLAAD Media Award; Urban Visionaries Award, Museum of Television and Radio; NY/NJ Video Arts Fellowships; Excellence in the Arts Award from the Manhattan Borough President; AFI Independent Filmmakers Production Fellowship. Gold's films have screened at Sundance, Tribeca and New York Film Festival, and have won many awards including the Audience Award at Tribeca and the Jews For Racial and Economic Justice award for her visionary film work. Her work has been screened on POV, the PBS World Channel and on HBO.
