Join Diaspora Community Services and other Maternal Health community organizations for an afternoon of education, dialogue, and community building to support birthing people in our lives.
The community conversation aims to:
- Increase awareness and knowledge regarding Black maternal health mortality in our communities
- Educate the community on the effectivity of doulas and midwives to increase Black maternal health outcomes
- Engage the community in skill building exercises to increase confidence in supportive behaviors for birthing and parenting people
